Why ordering early is the safe choice
- Each video is made one by one from your room photo and checked before delivery. It arrives within 48 hours, by email, and ordering earlier than December 21 gives you extra time.
- Time to fix our mistakes. All sales are final, but if we get something wrong (the name compared with what you typed, the photo, a broken file), we fix it free. You'll want time for that before Christmas.
- Time to test. Download the file and try it on the TV you'll use, so there are no surprises on the morning.
What the waitlist does
Joining the waitlist means we email you when orders open in November 2026. That's it: you don't pay anything, you don't upload a photo, and you're not committing to buy. Please use a parent's or another adult's email.

🔒 Download your video and keep it — it's yours forever. To protect your family's privacy, we delete your photo 30 days after delivery and remove your video from our servers after 60 days. Your download link expires then, so save your copy.
AI disclosure: Santa, his motion and his voice are created with AI video and voice tools. The security-camera look is a creative effect, not real CCTV footage, and we're not affiliated with any camera brand. Every video carries a small “AI” label and is checked before delivery.
