These terms apply when you use hohocam.com or order a video from HoHo Cam! ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we make

HoHo Cam! creates short, personalized, AI-generated videos in the style of home security-camera footage, showing Santa in a photo of a room you provide and greeting the child names you give us. The videos are a creative, playful product. They are not real surveillance footage.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to order. Orders are placed by parents, guardians or other adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

3. Your photo and details

You confirm you own the photo you upload or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't show people.
You let us use the photo, names and details only to produce and deliver your video.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the names, spelling, pronunciation notes, language and photo you submit. Santa says and shows the name exactly as you type it.
We may decline an order whose photo shows people, or that's otherwise unsuitable.

4. Packs, prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay: Single video $19 (1 video, 1 child), Pack of 4 videos $39 (4 videos, one per child, up to 4 children). Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card details.

5. All sales are final

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or changes. The only exception: if we make a mistake (Santa says or shows the wrong name/spelling vs. what you typed, the video uses a different photo than the one you uploaded, or a technical defect like a broken file), we fix it free. Mistakes in the details you submit, or changing your mind, are not covered.

To report one of our mistakes, email [email protected] with your order email within 7 days of delivery. We'll fix it and send you a corrected video.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver by email within 48 hours of your order. Orders placed by December 21 are delivered by December 23. Download your video and keep it — it's yours forever. To protect your family's privacy, we delete your photo 30 days after delivery and remove your video from our servers after 60 days. Your download link expires then, so save your copy.

7. AI disclosure

Santa, his movement and his voice are generated with AI video and voice tools and reviewed by a person before delivery. Results are creative interpretations: the room may look slightly different from your photo, and small visual artifacts are part of the security-camera style. Each video carries a small "AI" label; please don't remove it when sharing publicly.

8. How you can use your video

You may keep, play and share your video for personal, non-commercial use. Don't use it to mislead people outside your family about real events, or for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be waived.
