Worried about sending a photo of your home? For a HoHo Cam! video you send one photo of your tree or living room, with no people in it, plus your child's first name. That's all. The photo is used only to make your video, we delete it 30 days after delivery, and we remove your video from our servers after 60 days.

HoHo Cam! is for parents and other adults. Orders are placed by adults, and we don't collect information from children.
Who handles your photo
We use it only to make, check and deliver your video. To do that, it passes through the services that work for us: website hosting and storage, the AI video and voice tools that render your video, and the email service that delivers it. Each one gets only what it needs for its part of the job. We never sell your information, never use your photo or video for advertising or in marketing without your separate written permission, and never use them to train AI models.
How long we keep it
- Your room photo: deleted 30 days after delivery, from our servers and our video-generation provider.
- Your finished video: removed from our servers 60 days after delivery, when your download link expires. Download your copy and keep it forever.
- Want it gone sooner? Email [email protected] and ask us to delete your photo, names and video at any time.

Before you take the photo
- Move mail, packages or documents that show your name or address out of view.
- Turn family photos face-down or move them out of the shot.
- Avoid windows that show your house number or street.
- Switch off or angle away TV and computer screens.

Should you post the video online?
It's your family's video, so it's your call. The video shows the inside of your home and says your child's first name, so many parents keep it in a private family chat rather than posting it publicly. Every HoHo Cam! video carries a small “AI” label so nobody is misled.
